Netcare Access provides 24 hour mental health and substance abuse crisis intervention, stabilization and assessment for Franklin County residents. These services are provided 365 days a year for children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Our doors never close.

Netcare is staffed with skilled psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers and counselors. Our services are available to anyone; regardless of ability to pay. Netcare is known as your Connection to Franklin County’s Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system of care.
